Our Story

At Five Loaves, Two Fish, we exist to equip and empower entrepreneurs in Sierra Leone with the tools they need to build sustainable, local businesses. Our nonprofit provides business supplies, equipment, and support across essential industries—giving hardworking individuals the opportunity to lift themselves, their families, and their communities out of poverty. From fish farms to poultry coops, from egg incubators to honey production kits, we supply the raw materials for economic transformation.

Our work reaches across sectors that matter most to local livelihoods. We assist fish and poultry farmers with the resources to grow their operations, including feed pellets and clean water systems. We help beekeepers harvest and sell local honey, and supply tools for small-scale miners to work safely and profitably. Every business we support not only creates jobs—it also boosts food security, develops local markets, and builds hope.
